What exactly happens after ordering?

The amount of time it will take to receive your order depends on two things, processing time and shipping time. The length of time required to process your order will depend on your specific order, smaller parts will ship faster than larger parts. Once processing is complete, your order will be handed off to the shipping courier and the amount of time that shipping takes will depend on what shipping option you chose. For instant-print orders that use our free shipping, you can typically expect a 2-4 day shipping time.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Absolutely! An invoice will be sent to your email address along with your order confirmation number as soon as you place an order. You also have the ability to access your order history and associated invoices at any time via the My Account dashboard.
